We work with U.S. government agencies, multilateral donors, UN agencies, NGOs, and international organizations to design and implement evidence-based solutions that improve program effectiveness and impact.
As part of our preparation for upcoming opportunities, we are establishing a Roster of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Consultants to engage on a project-by-project basis. Selected consultants will be considered for short-term and long-term assignments aligned with their expertise.
Scope of Work
M&E Consultants will support assignments in one or more of the following areas:
Designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks.
Developing results frameworks, theories of change, performance indicators, and data collection tools.
Conducting baseline, midline, and endline assessments.
Leading or contributing to evaluations, performance reviews, and impact assessments.
Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, producing dashboards, and generating evidence-based insights.
Preparing high-quality evaluation reports, learning briefs, and donor-facing presentations.
Supporting capacity-building for client teams on M&E methods, tools, and systems.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in social sciences, public policy, economics, statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in M&E, preferably in international development or humanitarian programs.
Demonstrated experience with donor-funded projects (e.g., USAID, World Bank, UN agencies, EU, or INGOs).
Strong technical skills in MEL design, data collection, and analysis (qualitative and quantitative).
Familiarity with tools such as SPSS, Stata, NVivo, Power BI, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Excellent communication and report writing skills.
Ability to work independently as a consultant/contractor and deliver within tight deadlines.
